hard drive not showing in boot priority

When the PC reboots hit F2 to go back into the BIOS, you will see under boot priority that windows boot manager now lists your NVME drive. Well it does not work. But recently I noticed that one of the hard drives cannot be detected by Windows 7. Out of the 4 drives, only 2 showed in Boot Priority which are my OS SSD and my optical drive.
